Seek'nSpeak is a job-seeking web service built around video instead of documents. Seeking employment is an exhausting, stressful, and frustrating routine. At the same time, even though the market is saturated with specialists of every level, some companies struggle for months to fill a vacancy.

Storing Significant Volumes of Video
The service had to hold large amounts of video information from both companies and applicants, which shaped the infrastructure decision from the start.
Infrastructure Reliability
We ran the platform on AWS servers, chosen for the reliability of the cloud service under a media-heavy workload.
Stack Selection
We wrote the backend in PHP using the Laravel framework and built the frontend with Angular.
Results
A working video CV platform, delivered across a three-year engagement.
SeeknSpeak is a job-seeking tool that also provides users with a possibility of live online communication via video messages. A company uploads video with an accurate description of the vacancy.
On the other hand, applicants can respond to a vacancy with their video message, specifying their experience and other personal information he or she considers relevant.
Afterward, a company can review applications and chose thebest one. Moreover, SeeknSpeak has a tool that allows an individual to search for a job within a certain distance of his or her location.
